The Dry Suspension Magnet is engineered for dry bulk materials such as flour, grains, plastic pellets, and chemical powders, where fine ferrous contamination must be removed before packaging or further processing. It is typically installed in a gravity drop chute or at a transfer point, where the free-flowing material passes close to a high-intensity magnet housed in a dust-tight enclosure. This design captures fine iron particles and wire fragments that could otherwise damage downstream processing equipment or, in food and plastics applications, end up in the finished product. Because the unit is sealed against dust, it suits environments with strict hygiene or housekeeping requirements.
